Flash / HTML5 Loading Screen Animation

We need an animation created that we can overlay on top of one of our current screens.

It will be a loading screen that will consistently loop. From the starting point all the way around should last about 5 seconds and then just keep looping.

We are looking for something similar to the attached screen. Feel free to submit something more creative or different.

We will need the animation in 3 formats.
