The book reader view:
1.double click in bookview to highlight by hand.
2.longpress in bookview to select and highlight.

The mindmap view:
1.double click in mindmapview to add new group note.
2.drag note in mindmapview to addchild/delete/float/movepos.

The notelist view:
1.pinch in notelistview for collapse/expand.

The note edit view:
1.swap to delete comments.
2.drag to change the order of comments.
