Designing an email template to use for prospecting for new clients for a commercial cleaning company

We need to create an email template that we can use for the purpose of prospecting for new clients in the new year. We are a Brisbane based commercial cleaning company. You can find lots about our business at www.cleaners.com.au. We currently use Vertical Response as our email service provider for broadcast emails to large mail outs but we have generally used the templates available in VR which are then modified to include our brand livery. It would be our intention to manage the content and drop into the new email template once it is ready. It is our intention to send to prospects, a series of emails in the new year, with a view to providing them with a compelling reason to 'Make a fresh start with your office cleaning in 2014'. The initial emails will be informative rather than 'hard sell' with most of the content coming from articles in our Blog.
