Film Project needs clever "fake" app design!

Hi there, we need to shoot a scene in a film which requires a character to be looking at a program that brings up criminal fingerprints accompanied by the photo and history of each criminal, one by one. In all, the page will flick through ten to fifteen "criminals/fingerprints".

The idea is to come up with something that looks totally believable as it will be appearing on a computer screen in a police station.

We don't have any preference about what programs you use, we just need it to be quick moving and the graphics brilliant.
