Insulation Franchise Seasonal Content Creation

I am looking to launch some seasonal content and I would like 8 different designs that will go out as digital ads, Facebook and Instagram posts. The look and feel of the design: - Clean and neat - Simple Text, lots of open space (don’t want it to look too crowded) - Using branded colors that give a winter feel (brand guide to be provided) - Two separate texts areas in the design 1.) A sentence that identifies the pain point and explains the picture 2.) A sentence that is the call to action. See the attached ads for a general idea of the look we would like but I would like this design to stand out from those. I will provide copy, photos, branded colors, fonts and logos. Here is the copy I would like to use:
“Feeling the winter this year?” (pic of cold coming inside) “Let Koala help keep the cold outside”
“Feel the winter creeping in?” “Air sealing and proper Insulation can eliminate those cool winter breezes in your home.”
