We are an advisory company focusing on organization strategies, executive headhunting, change management, and communication. We have a mind challenger, honest, fast, very direct, people-focused approach. We are a shadow advisory. We would like to use a blue elephant as a design. The elephant must be playful but businesslike. We would like to see him/her in different movements. We would like to use more elephants in different movements but with the same character.
