Psychedelic/dark underground design for clothing brand, all detailed

Hello! Don't be scared by the long description, there is a lot of explanation but the work is not as much as it seems. I am creating a clothing brand for which I already have the sketches of the designs and I am looking for a designer to add his personal style, creativity, quality and prepare them so that I can later bring them into my pieces. The axes of the brand are mystery/scarcity/exclusivity (the store is only accessed through a qr on clothing pieces), drugs/psychedelia (both in the theme of the designs and in the design of the experience I want provide the user) and the use of art as social criticism and as a tool to make people think. It is a somewhat special brand, and I am looking for someone who understands as much as possible what it is about so that there is maximum cohesion between brand and designs.
