Window graphics designed like Venetian blinds with message/ graphic poking out

Hi there.
I need someone to create a window graphic that has a changeable picture that I can replace (and get reprinted) depending on whatever offer I'm currently promoting.
visually, I'm after some Venetian blinds graphics that has a secondary picture in the middle. Not sure how, but if it's possible to have the file so that my printer can also change the bands colours, I'd appreciate it.
I have attached a picture that I took of a similar graphic as well as a picture of the windows it'll be on ( 3* 71cm wide *160 in height)
