Design for our new medication box

We need a new design for medication boxes fitting to our previous brand products like our letterhead. The boxes will be used to sell the prescribed medications in our veterinary clinic. Therefore some Information must be at the boxes (see below).

Necessary at the box (front side):
- Logo
- Legal information similar to the letterhead, including address, phone number, email
- the Sentence: "Weitere Information zu den Medikamenten sowie die Beipackzettel finden Sie unter www.vetklinikum.at/medikamente. Bei Fragen oder Nebenwirkungen wenden Sie sich bitte umgehend an uns!"
- ____ x tgl. ______ TAB/KAPS für _______ Tage

On the Backside, there must be Space for a Label, to print the medications name, a barcode and the owner and animal name.
