Design a logo for a new specialist medical practice

I need a logo/branding for a specialist neurology practice based in Tasmania, Australia. Name of business is Neurology Tasmania.
Would like this to be simple and elegant and include the name of the practice. Happy for design to include a subtle image I do not want a dominant graphic.
Consider in image of a neuron and axon incorporated in the name somehow or consider a subtle image of a brain incorporated or consider a subtle map of Tasmania in the image.
Prefer name to appear all in one line.
Need to be able to use on letterhead and signage .
