Countertop advertising display for our shims

Looking for an 12 inch wide by 18 inch tall advertisement that will display and explain our shim system to contractors. This advertisement would be set vertically on a table during a trade show or countertop at the point of sale. It can have a vertical fold (not necessarily centered) to make it stand up by itself and to help with it looking 3D. If we can use a forced perspective to make it look more 3 dimensional that would help understanding what the shims do. The photo is how we display the shims at a trade show using a full scale house framing display, so we are looking to come up with a miniature version of the wooden frame seen in the left corner. We can use smaller versions of our actual shims adhered to the surface of the advertisement.
