Heart for Change website needs banner design

We are setting up a new website consolidating 30 years experience supporting personal and spiritual change & earth healing.
Our 'elevator pitch' is: "Heart-for-Change is an online community of heart. It is a source of information, thought-provoking comment, and energetic spiritual techniques for awakening heart, self-development, global change, activism and healing. It is based in spiritual, heart-based values of compassion, equality, individual choice and responsibility, and in purposeful life that recognises and acts upon our shared responsibility towards the Earth and all life on it."
Keywords for our brand: direction, hope, service, healing, love, nourishment, growth, centeredness, empowerment, home.

We need a banner for our website, with a design that we hope (later on) can be the basis for development of a logo, ebook & cd covers, etc. (if you do a great job, we'll be back for more!)
