Design Logo for Banner

I require a logo design suitable for a website banner. I am an entertainer wanting to share my experiences through self help music.

Produce the following illustrator and eps files

1.800x180 banner
font blue (129DD9). select strong font to suit.

background grey blended or similar to suit blue and face with aura of some kind through the background

from picture create vectorised line drawing of face, (shape of full head with ears and glasses) to rise above grey strip and blended into grey.

transparent background surrounding top of face. (separate layer so colour can be changed)

2.300x300 banner to be interchangeble and match style above
(as per sample images attached)

SUGGESTED OPTION: replace top of grey with mountain outline blending into top of glasses which become highest peak and then fall down (toward freedom)
