Submitting Designs Ayuda

Can I use Mockups to submit my design?

In most cases, we prohibit the use of mockups in submissions, especially for logo designs. However, we understand that mockups might be necessary for other design categories, so that the designs may be visualized by clients better. To avoid possible confusion for your client, you must follow these general guidelines:

- You must always submit a flat design as your first submission to a project brief.
- The flat design version should be more prominent (using 2/3 of the canvas) than the mock-ups.
- For flat file submissions, use a solid color background, white preferred.
- You are not allowed to submit multiple mock-ups for one design unless requested by the customer.
- The description for mock-ups must clearly state the "This Mock-Up is for presentation purposes only. Actual files will be flat against a white background."
- The use of mock-ups is not permitted while under verification. Design must be flat and placed against a solid white background.

To be guided on which design categories we can allow the use of mockups for, please refer to the information below:

In some cases, this rule can be disregarded if and only if the client is the one requesting for the design to be in mockup form. Please note that inappropriate use of mock-ups may result in your account being suspended or deactivated, as well as the possibility of being deselected as winner of a contest if the customer is mislead.
