Information for designers using Skrill as a payout method
Skrill payments are no longer processed by DesignCrowd for designer payouts. Designers have the choice of two payment providers: Payoneer or Paypal.
We stopped sending Skrill payments on 17th September 2018.
Payoneer is DesignCrowd's preferred payout method, you can register or link an existing Payoneer account here.
PayPal accounts offer variable fees from one region to the next. For more information: www.paypal.com
You should review Payoneer and PayPal product offerings and assess which payment method is right for you. We strongly recommend you update your payout preferences to avoid any inconvenience receiving your payouts.
About Payoneer
Payoneer charge the lowest fees and better currency conversion rates than PayPal. Payoneer is designed for freelancers and offers top FX rates at lowest rates (2%) when compared to PayPal (2.5%) and Skrill (3.99%). Payoneer can support payment via bank transfers or prepaid card.
Payoneer is available in over 200 countries including Bangladesh, Pakistan, Viet Nam and the United States.
How to sign up to Payoneer:
- Step 1. Register or link an existing Payoneer account to start saving!
- Step 2: Visit the Payouts tab in your account and update both your payout settings to Payoneer.
When updating your payout method check:
- Your payment e-mail address is correctly spelled.
- You've selected the correct payment provider that e-mail address is associated to (Payoneer or Paypal).
- Your payment account is verified to receive payments, i.e. completely set up. You need to ensure you've attached a bank account or prepaid card to your online payment account.
