Is DesignCrowd an escrow service?

No, DesignCrowd is not an escrow service.

DesignCrowd is an online marketplace that allows customers to 1) post "Briefs" requesting designs (this is a paid service) and 2) purchase "Works" (designs) from designers (this is also a paid service).

The return of any money to customers is governed by our refund policy - which covers the terms and conditions for a refund. This is not part of an escrow agreement but rather our refund policy. Note that, under our a refund policy, if we do not receive a refund request within 60 days, we are not required to refund a customer (but we may do so in our absolute discretion).
