PayPal is not available in my country. Can DesignCrowd pay out via another payment method?

Apart from Paypal, DesignCrowd offers payouts via Payoneer. Please ensure that the correct option selected in your profile under the "Payouts" tab.

Create a Payoneer account via this special url or copy and paste the url into your browser.

Follow the prompts to set and verify your Payoneer account. Please check your account is:

1. Active and Able to receive funds
2. Able to receive funds without limit
3. Able to receive funds in all currencies

Please make sure of the following:

1. Your payment e-mail address is correctly spelled.
2. You've selected the correct payment provider that e-mail address is associated to Payoneer.
3. Your payment account is verified to receive payments, i.e. completely set up. Please ensure you've attached a prepaid card or bank account to your online payment account.

Payout thresholds give you more control of how you get paid and the fees you might incur such as FX charges. You can preset your preferred Payment Provider to receive payment for amounts "Below 100 Units of Currency" or "Above 100 Units of Currency".
