Need Icons design for timeline

We want to use a timeline component (http://timeline.verite.co/) to show business synergy history. Our business is petrochemical and refinery.

We need the following images.
1. Icon: Business Development (BD) - size 30x30 px
2. Icon: Merger and Acquisition (MA) - size 30x30 px
3. Icon: Synergy - size 30x30 px
4. Image for Timeline progress as attached. Width = 700px
4.1 Show Year for each progress
4.2 Has indicator showing the active progress or highlight the active progress
4.3 There are 3 progresses

- Huge New Capacity & Economic Downturn
- Global Competition
