Design a logo and create iconsets for existing app / website

I need a logo designed for my existing website www.crowdbuy.info and icon sets that I can use for the app for Android and iOS including iPad and Android tablet.

The icon / logo will need to incorporate some type of barcode and use red coloring.

OK, I realise the above brief wasnt exactly clear and specific - so here we go.

I want someone to get my existing Crowdbuy.info text and place it over the top of one of the following images :
