Property Map Illustration

Hi, I'm looking for an illustrated property map for our property called "Shasta View Lodge" I have attached a sample illustrated map I really like the look of that we want ours to look like. FYI ours will be more zoomed in and more property specific verse region specific. I've also attached a draft plot plan of my property "Shasta View Lodge" with all that we want included in the illustrated map. Please note the scale is not perfect but it at least is a good starting place :)
