Resumen de Diseño de Logo

This project requires a logo design to represent a new digital residential property development consultancy business. At its heart it will have a number of different products that essentially advise customers of the potential value and feasibility of developing their residential site into multiple townhouses, units, apartments, etc... This will be accompanied by explaining the considerations of residential property development.

This is a complex area of rules and regulations with a myriad of information sources. We aim to break this down and provide them the tools, knowledge, control and power to unlock the value in their property.

This design needs to reflect these core elements:
Professional, trustworthy and qualified service
Unbiased and objective insight
Breaks down complexity and vast amounts of complex information
Customer centric
Residential not commercial property development
Enabling customers to 'unlock the value'

Some attributes to consider:
Simple, not busy design
Contemporary look and feel
Digital centric business
To be interpreted as an authority in this field

The logo will be used across wordpress banner, product letterheads, edm's, email footer, etc...

We have not included other sketches or designs as want do not want to influence this process.

• Integrating acronym, APDA / apda into design. There is some symmetry with this in lowercase which I wonder could be leveraged, apda...
• lowercase usage rather than capitals gives a reference to the online nature of the business also
• an image that makes reference to business offerings; graphs. information, knowledge.
• ideally have 3 parts; 1. a logo, 2. an acronym and 3. the business name. And these can be used together and/or separately.

• Different weighting on the words if used in the logo
