Hello. I am interested in your project but there are some issues in the brief which make me hold on...
1. You are talking about a poster A$ which you will lately resize... and meantime you say to use a picture. The picture is NOT vector so you will lose quality
2. the website you have indicated and others , are not free. I find strange to use a stock image for a swiss boat show. Can you provide any ?
3. You have a very good budget project and your brief is not so good. Sorry. Especially that you guarantee the project , you must provide better information and sources.

Thanks for your interest about my project.
1) i know use the main designs softwares. If you win, you send me the source file and i manage the rest... no problem.

2) You can use the preview image and keep the reference of the picture. If i like your design, i buy the picture.

3) Sorry about my brief... say me what would like of type of information... .and i complet...
