I’m looking for a clean, professional, modern and beautiful homepage web design for a Real Estate group in Southern California, USA.

The group/company is “Dailey by the Sea,” and they specialize in high end (i.e. expensive), oceanfront real estate in the Orange County area.

The look and feel of the page should accentuate the brand qualities: luxurious/expensive, professional, and beautiful (Orange County is one of the most beautiful areas in all the US and we would love the site to emphasize the beautiful beaches and scenery it has to offer).

Looks we like:
• www.smithgrouprealestate.com
• www.soldbygold.net -- I think the design is pretty out-dated in this site, but I like the organization/layout of the site

I have attached the beach and logo pics that we would like to use as the header, a few pictures of the team, and one sample home/view pic which can be used in any of the other sections (for pictures of the homes, just find expensive oceanfront houses and that will be fine).

I promise to provide feedback to each and every design submission. I appreciate the hard work that all of you are putting into your designs. There can be only one contest winner, but I hope to give all of you helpful feedback to submit the best designs possible!

Very wealthy home owners of oceanfront properties. These properties are worth several millions of dollars, and thus the site and brand needs to be targeted to very wealthy, successful individuals and families (both US and international buyers).

Requisitos

Debes tener

• I don’t want to give too many requirements, because I want to let you all be creative. However, here are the few Must Haves:
• Must submit 2 page designs (a home page and a sub page)
• Must use logo provided
• Focus is mostly on homes, but I would like to include some beach/ocean imagery as well
• The first “item” on the home page should be an accordion/slider which shows pictures of homes and with 1 line of text: “List with the Leader” and two link buttons: “Sell Your Home” and “Buy Your Home”
• Color palette needs to be mainly blues--to match ocean and sky blue
• Exported in all major formats (psd,ai,eps,png,jpeg,etc)
