I'm not sure what you guys are even talking about in your comments but I would like to submit a real question... What did you mean by wanting a simple shape that the logo can be taken out? I like the guy behind the shield logo you attached. I like that position and want to run that but just needed my question cleared up before I can start.

Thanks David for a real question!

The simple shape actually refers to something like the shield in that first logo or the T on the chest in the sample shot. Something that we can pull out from the logo and use for a favicon or bullets on the site. Basically carry the theme of the logo throughout.

Its not a requirement, however, and if we love the logo and it doesn't have that kind of element, that would be OK too. :-)
