We are a newly formed Real Estate Development Company based in New York. We develop affordable housing apartments. We partner up with private and non profit companies in NY. We would like to have a clean website that relates to our new logo. The target market are individuals that own large parcels of land, churches and private investors and individuals. The final design should communicate financial safety, caring for the community, power and humbleness. Additionally, the website has to be capable to seen in smartphones and the designer has to upload it our godaddy hosting account. The site is going to have around 16 topics. For example: a home page, about us, mission, how we work, our work, building affordable communities, two examples on gentrification, community based planning, Real Estate Consulting, Real Estate Development, Financing/Partnerships, Recruiting, contact page.
