Hi Designers, Apologies for the poor brief, I''m new at DesignCrowd and still working out how to properly brief you all. To explain what we are after, the Victorian NWPL Club Inc (the Victorian Seals) is Victoria''s sole franchise competing in the National Water Polo League, Australia''s most elite water polo competition, and we want to get a custom mascot costume manufactured. Now in order to manufacture a club mascot we need a cartoon mascot designed around a leopard seal wearing a water polo cap that is androgynous. Leopard seals are the most aggressive breed of seals and the strongest so we want to keep this aggressive/competitive/strong look for our mascot. If you are able to draw a cartoon that matches this brief that would be amazing. We will give you full credit once the mascot costume is manufactured which you can use in your portfolio''s also.
