Resumen de Diseño Vectorizado

My website targets four different types of customers.
I need a 310x310 px image for each segment, that represents that segment. These will be on the landing page so that visitors can go to the section most relevant to their type.
Also, I'm using rollover effects. So I need a highlighted/glowing version of each of the four images (8 total).
I'd like the highlighted version to essentially be a 'lit up' version of the image.

Graphically, the images are pretty simple.
Each one will depict some 'block character'/'stick character' doing something representative of that customer segment.

Attached are the type of character that I'm talking about.

Families & Individuals: Woman Man and Child together on same square, holding hands
Established Enterprises: Perhaps a block character with a tie, and a commercial building in the background
Entrepreneurs: Block character running up a mountain? (or your own idea, I am not set on this one)
Investors: Block character in front of a line chart showing increasing growth
