I would like a book cover for my humorous novel "Trevor the Burping, Farting Goblin" which is aimed at children ages 12-15

The blurb for the book is:
"Trevor is a goblin - a goblin with serious problems.
He farts, he burps, he is in a heap of trouble and he has just landed in the back garden of two teenagers.
Sisters Hannah and Phoebe are plunged into a world of mythical mayhem, troublesome trolls, uncivilized unicorns, dangerous dragons, a wicked witch and a lot of farting after Hannah finds the mean, green, stink machine in the bottom of her school bag.
Arrogant Trevor needs Hannah and Phoebe to help him save his world from a tyrant and together the three of them embark on an adventure filled with laughter, fantasy and danger as they attempt to bring peace to his land.
Trevor is a story filled with action, magic and a fair dose of sarcasm."

Trevor is described in the book as follows:

"The man is just under three feet tall with scrawny legs and arms covered in heavy, coarse black hair. His knobbly knees and bony elbows stick out at odd angles, making him look comical. His distended potbelly presses out so far, it reminds her of a balloon that might burst at any moment, it looks incredibly uncomfortable. His chest and tummy are covered in long hair, which thankfully hangs down like a loincloth over where Hannah imagines his private parts to be. He turns to throw Millie more food and Hannah gets an eye-full of his bare bottom. She grimaces and looks up scared of what else she might see.
The back of his head is ringed by long straggly hair and the top is as bald as an egg. When she sees his side profile, she notices with dismay that his lower lip sticks out and when he chews, his two curved lower canines and the two incisors on his upper jaw jut out at odd angles.
He turns towards her. His nose is flat and broad. It has a massive mole at the end and a single, thick, black hair sticks out of it like a needle."

In addition to Trevor, Hannah and Phoebe, there is Doris the Troll, Charlie the dragon, a couple of unicorns and a host of fun characters, the majority of which are female. There is also a truly wicked queen - the Queen of Mirrors, who gains power and immortality by feeding off the vanity of people who look at themselves in mirrors. She gains strength from their insecurities and narcissism, and she and her cohorts are hunting for Trevor.

I have self-published the book on Amazon. You can find it under the title or me, Jonathan B Evans, and take a look inside for free. On my author page you can also find some photos that inspired the book. The design will need to be colour but work as a thumbprint in black and white (like every other book on Amazon), but I am looking for the full cover including space for the above blurb (although this will need to be finalised) and the spine as I may use it for print on demand. The image must be at least 600 pixels tall and suitable for a printed book of 12.8cm by 19.5cm. I need the book title and my name "Jonathan B Evans" on the front and am looking for an innovative design which will fit in with books of a similar genre but stand out from the crowd.
