Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

I would like to create a flyer that I can distribute to domestic households outlining the benefits of installing LED down lights in comparison to the older halogen down lights which use more power to run, therefore costing the customer more money.
My aim is to portray the fact that by getting me to install these new LED lights im SAVING the customer money.
I would nee an 'eye catching' headline that will hopefully save my flyer from being thrown out. something along the lines of " SAVE UP TOO $500 A YEAR ON YOUR ELECTRICAL BILL "
The flyer will need to be modern and professional with colour but not too "in your face".
Ive attached some ideas and images that could be used, also two tables that compare the running and replacement cost of the two lights which would be beneficial for the flyer.
I have also attached my company logo which should also be put on the flyer. Thank you
