Other than being a professional interpreter and graphic designer, I'm a musician/songwriter myself and this project interests me. Frankly, I don't really care about the money (which is, well, less than 10% of what I usually design for). But I want to help fellow musicians grow!

I have some questions here:

- Why did you choose the name "PaperBoots"?
- Why album name "A piece of forest left out by mistake"?

What were the concepts behind these names?

Without knowing and understanding the ideas behind them, designs could be just random and could go nowhere.

Hi ! We really appreciate that you are interested in the background of our band and that you are willing to help. It is true that being an amateur band, our budget is small and it is always great to get some help. So here are the concepts of our names : PaperBoots : We live near the Alps, with beautiful lakes, forests, mountains... The 3 of us like to hike, spend some time outdoor and travel when we can. It inspired most of our songs. "Boots" represent the link between our music and our love for outdoors. "Paper" represent the lightness / minimalism of our music. "A piece of forest left out by mistake" : This is just taken from a quote of Winnie the Pooh... “Always watch where you are going. Otherwise, you may step on a piece of the Forest that was left out by mistake." We found it randomly, and we really liked it. The key word would be "forest", for the same reasons as before. We look forward to see your ideas ! Again, thank you for your interest. Best, - Paperboots
