Hi,

I'd like to help you with your logo but first I'd like to get some clarification on the main brand and the sub brands.

My understanding from the brief is that Rob Geddes MW will the be the "master" brand and sub brands will be "Australian Wine Vintages" and "Wines that make me Thirsty". Is this correct ? And will the master brand and a sub brand be used together. I ask because the look of both sub brands are currently quite different. Therefore, are you asking for new logos for the sub brands as well so that they work with the new Rob Geddes MW logo ?

Hi,

Another question. Is MW after the name recognisable to the target audience as Master of Wine ? Maybe having Master of Wine in full may work better.

Hi BT
your initial thought is correct. We prefer not to make changes to the sub-brands but be able incorporate the new master brand eg Australian Wine Vintages by Rob Geddes MW. Hope this helps.

We are open to using ''Master of Wine'' in full but feel it would be too long if it was used in conjunction with Wines That Make me Thirsty by Rob Geddes, Master of Wine

Hi,

So let me confirm my understanding of the brief: Rob Geddes MW will be the master brand but when used with the sub-brands it would be more like a tag line - as you say "Wines That Make Me Thirsty by Rob Geddes MW". Is that correct ?

Thanks

BT
