We make the fudge in a large kettle. We use local dairy products.

When buying the fudge we want our customers to feel happy with the experience - it is just as mush a fun family destination as it is a retail store. Also we are looking for the nostalgia of home cooked fudge. When they taste it we want it to be sweet.
