Thank you to everyone who has submitted designs thus far; we appreciate your time. We''d like to see a few more designs with concepts around Action Adventure movie title treatments or even Sci-Fi movie title treatments. Thanks!

Are you planning to extend the deadline or have you found what you were looking for?

When someone looks at a logo, that person should immediately get the idea because what they see should connect with the concept we are trying to express. Lee Newham described iconic logos as: Describable Memorable Effective without colour Scalable i.e. work when just an inch in size Relevant to the industry in question If you can’t describe what a logo looks like then how will you be able to remember it? Merely using typography does not make a unique design. Although the WB logo is very recognizable, the challenge is to incorporate the logo with the concept of "born digital". A little more about the concept of "Born Digital" Think of a camera – the ‘old’ cameras which use film and the ‘new’ cameras that capture images digitally – although they produce very similar results, the method used to capture images is *completely* different. We want to see a concept of something that, although once done one way, is now done in a completely different fashion. Concepts with existing stylized typography (or ones that belong to actual films) are not unique. Fonts created for film title treatments, although interesting, do not show a unique concept. We are trying to achieve a look and feel of something that was once done on film or video is now ‘born’ digitally.
