Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am re-branding my real estate company, now that I am able to reopen! I like blue - in most any hue. I would prefer more than one blue be incorporated into the design. Orange is my least favorite in a logo, so please omit that.
This design (colors, typeface, style, etc) will be used on Real Estate Yard Signs, window signs for the condos/apts, placed on a business card, and the web! My original company name was ReloStore and the "s" was like a road that led to a simple house above the name. I liked that part. So if a very clean and simple house can be incorporated (square in one color blue with a triangle in another shade of blue) that would be great. Also interested in anyone's take on the entire design.

Again A HOUSE IS NOT REQUIRED. I respect creativity and the hours that go into developing your skills.

Important that the logo has some versatility and could work on black background. My preferred color of business card is black, so that's why I'm mentioning it.


I want it to convey sophistication, but not stuffiness. Modern preferred over traditional. Ok, that's pretty much it.

I uploaded a picture of me (I am also a massage therapist) so that it would help you get to know me.

Home Buyers and Sellers in a median to upper scale. It would be great to create such a polished and eye catching image for this company that I could attract some great agents, too!

• I would like to see some options before I can narrow down whether the entire company name should be there or not.

Agradable de tener

• Perhaps a way to highlight one home to represent the "featured" listing part.
• The highlight can be white, although I would want a metallic silver on the business card and yard sign...I think. (I am considering have a portion reflective to enhance the FEATURED listing idea.)

No debería tener

• No orange, no sunbursts, NO mirroring or reflecting images. (I hope I'm calling that the right thing) It never translates well to yard signs. Maybe if all I did was lake property it would be fine, but most of what I sell is not on the lake. :)
