We need a brochure for a residential inventory company providing condition reports at the start and end of tenancy for letting agents and private landlords for our company called Home Inventories. Our main target market is high end properties but we do work across the entire portfolio of properties available.
The main services we offer are:
1) Inventory compilation
2) Tenant check in
3) Tenant check out
This brochure should be designed to market to the Agent market alone, we will convert the final brochure to a version for other markets.
Final print ready specification to be confirmed shortly but will be A4 folded 297mm x 210mm and A3 unfolded 420mm x 297 mm with probably a .25inch bleed

1) Addition point of reference for sales messages across other media
