Resumen de Diseño de Logo y Tarjeta de Presentación

We need a logo and business card design for our company called 'Twin Lion Properties'. Twin Lion Properties is the parent company/management company for the properties under this company.

The main request from the owners is that lions are not to be used in the design. Our communities have names like 'Timbers Apartments' and 'Forest Park Apartments'; therefore, we would like to see designs that use the color green. We would like the back side of the business card to list the other cities we have properties in (Richland, Spokane, Blaine... there will be another property soon, but we are waiting to find out the location). The Fair Housing logo needs to be on the cards. The cards will need to have enough room on them to include: name, title, address, phone number, fax number, and email address. We would like the design to be professional and elegant, but it doesn’t need to be over the top… maybe with a modern twist.

Once this project is completed, we will need to create business cards that are property specific, as well as brochures for each property based off of this logo and business card design.
