Logo Design Based on the Business Core of Indonesia Clearing House (ICH)

Clearing House acts as the neutral party between each buyer and seller that trade through the Futures Exchange and ensures the integrity of each trade. Clearing house is attached to the Futures Exchange and acts as the agent of payment and guarantees each transaction in the Exchange.

There are several main functions of Indonesia Clearing House, which are:
1. Secures the transactions and the flow of money from the transaction between buyer and seller
2. Guarantee the transactions between buyer and seller

Aspects to be incorporated in the Logo Design:

1. Security and assurance of financial settlement, this can be symbolized by elements that hinge or link to each other. This aspect should highlight the core values of ICH which are trust, integrity and fairness.
2. The image of an internationally renowned Clearing House (the Clearing House has global members).
3. The basic color of the logo is blue turquoise.

Terminology
1. Futures Exchange
An organization that facilitates and provides system and/or the means to buy and sell the commodities based on the Futures Contracts and/or other Derivative contracts.

2. Clearing House

An organization which organizes and provides system and/or the means for the implementation of clearing and guarantee the settlement of futures trading.

3. Futures Contract

A legally binding agreement to buy or sell a commodity or financial instrument at a later date pursuant to the Rules of the Exchange.

4. Transaction / Trade
Any purchase or sale of any commodity futures contract made on the Exchange.
