Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a new logo design for a financial education/trading website which has several related spin-off sites.

The first part of the brief is to create a (rounded-edged) square app icon for the parent brand, the "OVI". The background for htis should be black. We have experimented with incorporating the letters, O, V and i, inside the icon boundary. The idea is that this logo will sit to the left of each of our related product lines.

The second part of the brief is to create a coloured name-strip (placed to the right hand side of the app icon) for the individual product/website name with its associated colour.

For example, we have websites called "OVI Traders Club" (black), "FlagTrader" (green), "OptionEasy" (blue).

In the first instance, for this project we'll focus on OVI Traders Club. You can use any font, lower or upper case, but we want the name to be simple, modern, recognisable and instantly interchangeable with our other brands. The OVI brand colour is black, and we've used a light yellow for the font.

We like the way that LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter are all suited to the modern day app culture, in that their logos are recognisable from their icons and their full version.
