Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am looking to have a logo made for a small privately owned luxury parking business in New York. The company name is Premier Parking and was started in 2011. I would like the logo to have a more traditional look, almost like a seal. The logo should have some of the following colors but not necassarily all: white, silver, gold and black. Please do not make it flat and boring. Create some depth with the design. The logo should communicate that we are professional and a parking authority. I attached an image of a logo that I had a colleague make up. I actually like the logo. I think it is professional, classy, and simple. There are a few things I wanted to change about it. Instead of it saying "of America Inc". I would like it to say "New York". I would also like to Incorporate Est. 2011 into the logo. Clean it up and take it to the next level of luxury parking. Thank you.
