Resumen de Diseño de Podcast

I need a logo for a podcast which is aimed for creating a cultural change in how medical interns are being mentored, motivated, trained and prepared for their journey as a successful and significant doctors. In other words 'make a dent in the internship universe'.

The podcast should be the start of an online platform, a place where it feels for interns like coming home, and where they can find companions 'de route', share their knowledge, share experience, exchange tips and advice.

I want to start with the podcast and create spin offs like an online platform, e-books, presentations, etc...First create an audience and hopefully get a return on investment from other online products.

The logo should be an eye catcher between all other podcasts, and needs to contain a link to podcasting and the medical world. It would be magic if it were a logo which can stand the test of time (could change in the future of course)

I got my inspiration from the podcast Entrepreneur on Fire (John Lee Dumas)
