Let me qualify that Im not a techi and am advising purely based on on my guiders of tech.

Our SEO marketing company has done a good job by getting our current webpage into the top 3 spots of search on Psoriasis and they suggest that it needs to be in wordpress so that
1) Its easy for them to link for word pickup in Google and also
2) Its easy for content editing and managing by us after handover.

So prefer it to be in wordpress. Im not sure if you can mix both of them??? (Dont consider me an idiot if it sound so)

Also the site should be responsive to various sizes.

Please look at our current site on www.goodskincare.com.au and see the platform which is used and propose the best designs for us

The question to be in Joomla or Wordpress It is only if you already have experience in updating content with it.

- For both are great in relevances to Google with friendly urls.
- And both are managers easily update content.

All my works are already delivered in Responsive Layouts.

I see you have 2 websites that you are looking to have re-vamped with-in the budget for this project, is that correct? Also, one of your website is having over 15 pages. Are we supposed to design and develop both the websites with all of their current pages?
If this is so, the budget allotted is I believe low and the payment is not even guaranteed. I can have both the websites designed and initial 3-5 pages developed within the same budget, if this works for you. Since we will be giving you WordPress Content management system, you would be able to add pages and update content on your own easily.
