Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need logo design to establish a power brand for an internet based real estate service called List Wise (www.listwise.com). We will do for the real estate industry what Legal zoom did for law services. This is a disruptive business model and so the logo design will need to stand out from other real-estate company logos. We need it distinct and memorable, but simple and fresh with a modern ecommerce feel.

Some background on the business. We will empower people to list and sell their own home for a fraction of the price but with the support and reliability of an highly experienced and competent 24/7 professional team available to assist them at every step of the way. The low fixed-fee service compromises nothing in the exposure and marketing of their home when compared to a full service selling agent and allows them to get the best possible price in the shortest amount of time.

The design would ideally convey
1. Professional / Experienced / Competent
2. While Innovate / cutting edge / marketing savvy - we need a fresh look
3. And Efficient / Trustworthy/ Reliable / Established.

Essentially that using List Wise is the smartest way to list your home for sale.

While I am flexible on the colors and would like suggestions on what pallets would best convey the feelings listed above, I do like the steely blue, orange and grey colors like in the attached file (although more steely in the blue, and a little bit brighter on the orange. Also kind of like lime green with grey. I need your creative ideas though so don't hold to this.

I have no certain ideas, not even if there should be an icon or not. Most important is to convey the above feelings. but just to help maybe get you thinking of your own suggestions, one idea I had was to bring the words ListWise together separated by 2 different fonts. For example use something like Helvetica for "List" and a a more chalky script font for "Wise". Then have the "L" in List form a kind of real estate listing sign. (PLEASE DON'T HOLD TO THIS THOUGH - I WOULD LOVE TO SEE WHAT INNOVATIVE IDEAS YOU CAN COME UP WITH)
