Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo design for a new company based in Hamilton, New Zealand. It will be focusing on attracting good landlords and very good tenants but within the standard 'Mr Average' family homes only, not high-end luxury homes, nor low socio-economic housing either.
Specifically do NOT want any use of mint leaves, nor the colour mint. Looking for something that stands out, portrays professionalism, and makes my business stand out from the norm.
I like vibrant colour (like neon lighting), and bear in mine, in time this branding needs to flow into a website, and graphics on a vehicle.
