We are a boutique growth marketing firm based in Melbourne, Australia called M&T Capital. We are a team of marketing and branding specialists who invest in marketing for businesses who exhibit strong growth potential and work collaboratively to achieve this.

Our business has a number of capabilities which we call the "Product Tool Suite". We utilise these product tools to grow our client's businesses through customer acquisition, sales, media investment etc. We require a designer to develop 13 brochures in line with the M&T Capital Branding and colour palette.

6. Growth Audit Tool
7. Loyalty Program
8. Media Leverage Program
9. Product Optimisation Tool
10. Referral Tool
11. Sales Coaching/Training Tool
12. Segmentation Tool
13. Social Media Process

In order to select a designer, we invite designers to produce a mock up of one Tool in a brochure layout. Once we have chosen the winning design we will contract the designer to produce the remaining 12 brochures using that design.

Ideally we would like to each brochure to be 2 pages (back and front) but we understand that some tools may require 3 or 4 pages.

Please refer to the files that we have uploaded containing
- our logo
- copy (text)
- a PDF of our own attempt (please refer to this for design inspiration, they are photoshop compatible)
- Accompanying visuals (graphs, photos logos etc.)

The final design should communicate financial growth and our corporate identity. The style should have a professional and modern feel that is clean and crisp.
