I am curious as to who told you your site 'needs' to be in wordpress and the reason(s) why? Also there are two different versions of wordpress by I have a pretty good idea of what you were probably advised but for me I wanted to know why, if you are happy with how your site looks, is it that you need to change? I am happy to Skype and talk about it 'in person' if that is easier?

I would also sound a word of caution of people promising to 'convert' HTML to a wordpress site and would not recommend you award anyone the project based on that vague promise until they had delivered exactly what you need.
