This is a mining company in Ft Myers Florida. We use explosives to fracture Limestone beneath the ground. Next we excavate the rock with Draglines and stockpile the rock above the ground. The limestone is then loaded with big front end loaders and transported with 85 ton trucks to a main crushing plant. This plant will crush the rock and screen it to various sizes. This mining operation produces sized limestone aggregate to sell to construction contractors and producers of concrete and asphalt.
