Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are holding a one day sale in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It will be only condominiums, and will feature great discounts and incentives. We will be using this logo across many mediums - website, print ads, social media. We need something that will look great in colour but if converted to black and white, looks great, too.

We are looking for super bright colours and a lot of excitement. This is the first of its kind in Winnipeg and we're putting a large marketing budget behind it.

We are not necessarily looking for a condo or real estate themed logo - but more just something that grabs the eye and will allow us to grab colours or elements to help design the rest of our material. We definitely lean much more towards modern and sleek logos - we are a group of partners around the age of 30.

Our target audience is young professionals or older adults looking to downsize. Families definitely aren't the main focus.

You might want to incorporate some Winnipeg elements into the logo. Try search "esplanade Riel" - a famous bridge here in our city. Or Winnipeg
s Golden Boy - a statue at the top of our legislature. Totally not required - just a thought!
