Resumen de Diseño de Logo

This is a new company and we are looking for a logo to represent what we do. I do not really have a design concept, because of the name.

The name of the company is Your Last Chance. Very morbid, I know. I am open to any suggestions and design ideas.

We sell disaster relief and emergency preparedness products - Primarily backpacks.

The colors that I am going to use are, crimson red, light tan, and forest green. I will attach a few files that have these colors. It doesn't matter how they are incorporated.

Two designs I have thought about are:
a stick figure(kind of) man standing over a crack in the ground. This crack is in the shape of a lightening bolt. The crack represents and earthquake and it's his last chance. :)
Or
Something as simple as a backpack as long as it works. Even a whirling tornado would work.

Overall I am looking for the best logo, something that will work well for the business and the above ideas may not work, so feel free to ignore it and submit what you think is best.
