Thank you for the project invite! I have 2 questions, first can you provide the IPSSA and CPO logos in vector formats (PDF, EPS, AI, CDR..?) as the logos you have attached are very low resolution and the print result will not be good. Second, beeing a business card project I suppose you want a simple text logo that matches the rest of the card, right?

I don't have the vector formats of those logos. I took them off the internet. Maybe the websites of those particular pool companies have higher res logos? I don't have any background in this stuff.

Sorry...part 2: yes, a simple text logo is sufficient. something that will look good on my truck and maybe a few lines or a design of some sort...you be creative! :-)

Hi Designers-

The first round of cards came back and let's stay away from the light blue (powder blue) color. I don't like the look of it on the business cards.

Also, the pool company JPG's that I attached are other logos of pool companies that I liked. I don't want them to be on my card. The only logos that should be on my card are the one you are going to come up with for my company, the CPO logo and the IPSSA logo.

Lastly, no vertical cards and no split cards (logo on left, contact info on right side).

No swimming people in the logo or on the card please. I'm looking for clean and crisp. I want it to be professional. I don't like the light blue cards. I think darker blue is better for me.

Did any of you notice the SIGN ART business card that I posted? It's got a reflective metal name on the front side of the card. I think this would be cool. Can someone design that?

Again, having these items on the card is not mandatory for a winning design....I'm just hoping to add it if it doesn't make the back of the card too cluttered.

Having read your brief, I just wanted to say you sound like a awesome person to work with. Although, I'm not able to produce something presently, your positive attitude should get you a great design.
