Overview:
Insights 360 is a new IPAD based Patient engagement service made available to the Optometrist. It is specific to eye care, but will ultimately be introduced to other healthcare industries. The service is considered a PAAS (platform as a service), and contains various patient facing and practice performance tracking services. Some services are now available and others will be introduced within the next 18 months.

The service is offered by Argent, LLC, but we are in an exclusive distribution license with the American Optometric Association. This organization has a optometric member base o 38,000. This arrangement provides us access to multiple communication and sales channels. The organizations name is now used with our service.

Creative Assignment:

Develop a series of animated and static banners for advertisements the service. These banners will be placed on industry web sites and other online properties. They will also be included in AOA communications delivered by that organization.

Concept #1: Swiss Army Knife

Insights360 is the Swiss Army Knife of your practice. We offer service to improve the patient engagement, manage staff performance, streamline patient healthcare intelligence collection, track and manage practice performance.

Creative Direction

Use an image of Swiss Army Knife with Insights name and logo. The components of the knife open and close. Service tags appear and fade in and out with the movement of the components. Individual components represent the following services:
· Capture patient experience
· Benchmark practice performance
· Manage staff performance
· Automate Patient health questionnaire
· Pre-screen patients
· Measure product performance

This service is made accessible to patients via an IPAD in the doctor’s office. The interest in providing an IPAD to patients within the office and delivering services via the IPAD to patients has tested well in our research. As such, the IPAD should be incorporated in the animated banner in some capacity.
